Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

When he was 15 years old, Dr. Hassan worked at a dental lab and was exposed to various aspects of the oral healthcare world. Having grown up in a place where dental care was a true luxury, the lab ignited a love for dentistry in him that continues to this day. He decided to devote his future to serving others while also easing the financial burden that can be associated with high quality dental care.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

After achieving his Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and his Master’s in Biotechnology at Middle Tennessee State University, Dr. Hassan completed his doctorate at Indiana University. During his time there, he received two awards for public health and international humanitarianism. In the years since, he has completed over 300 hours of continuing education, focusing on various aspects of dentistry like dental implants, orthodontics, general care, and more. He is a current member of the following dental organizations:

Academy of General Dentistry
SPEAR Education

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

At home, Dr. Hassan spends lots of time with his wife Fatema and his son Kenan. His biggest hobby is playing soccer! He may not be a professional, but he does his best out on the field.
